CNBC's Rick Santelli Rant Video: Foreclosed Assets Plan Outrage
by Jack Ryan

Rick Santelli rant video - By now, many of you have probably seen the rant by CNBC's Rick Santelli. If you missed it, (clearly the rant of the year), well have a peek-a-boo below.

CNBC's Rick Santelli (he's the only sane person on CNBC) rants on why there's an investors strike and the traders on the floor of the CBOE express outrage over the notion they might have to subsidize their neighbor's mortgage, particularly if they bought a lot more house than they could actually afford.

The Chicago traders cheer him on in the somewhat humorous clip. Santelli expresses outrage at the foreclosed assets plan unveiled by the President this week. "The government is promoting bad behavior!" Santelli cried "The president ... should put up a Web site ... to have people vote ... to see if they want to subsidize losers' mortgages!"

I've never had so much fun watching CNBC.

What do you think? Do you agree with Rick Santelli that we shouldn't be forced to bail out neighbors who are in foreclosure with our tax dollars? Or do we all benefit, especially in the value of our own home, if our neighbors are able to keep theirs?
