WATCH Tony Stewart Confront Heckler, Call Him a 'P***y' at Chili Bowl Nationals
by Marc Centanni

See [PHOTOS/VIDEOS] Tony Stewart confront a heckler and call him a 'P***y' at Chili Bowl Nationals, Not everyone is a fan of my friend Tony Stewart. And he apparently heard quite enough from one particular race fan Friday night.

The three time NASCAR Cup Champ went into the grandstands to confront a heckler during the Friday night festivites of the Chili Bowl Nationals, according to multiple videos posted on social media.

Stewart appears to say to the unidentified man, 'You're a p***y, aren't you?'

What prompted the 2002 and 2007 winner of the event to go into the grandstands isn't clear, but quite a few spectators tweeted saying the heckler flipped Stewart off before the confrontation that concluded with the unidentified heckler falling backwards.

"This big fella was sitting up here, and every time Tony would come by on a tractor, he'd flip him off," said spectator Tyler Haire, who filmed the incident, told News On 6.

Haire perceived Stewart was attempting to show that he's a regular guy, and he was supportive of Smoke's actions. Anyone who knows Tony knows he's a regular guy, wears his heart on his sleeve and rarely backs down from a challenge. He's taken a lot of heat over the last 16 mos and I'm sure he's had just about enough from uneducated and ignorant people in the press and in the stands. Besides, he in essence was just a 'regular' guy at the event.

I think Tony deserves a hearty "attaboy" for teaching this unruly fool a lesson. However this will inevitably become more bad press for Stewart. Haters gonna hate.

Update: The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office is investigating the conduct of the fan, identified in the video as off-duty sheriff's officer Kyle Hess.
