The Post Chronicle™ is honored to receive the work of writers, whether a greenhorn or old hand, for inclusion on our website. We encourage thoughtful submissions and new ideas, and welcome subjects or areas of interest covering a wide array of topics.

We will nationally syndicate your articles and your work will appear in all major Internet search engines as well as in major news aggregators, such as Google News, Topix, Lycos, and many other news aggregators.

These are unpaid, yet rewarding opportunities. Writers may regularly submit their work on a variety of subjects to gain exposure for themselves as experts in their fields or to refer employers to professionally published examples of their writing to obtain positions as full-time, freelance, or syndicated columnists. Writers can write about almost anything, including hobbies, opinion, sports, travel, politics, or entertainment.

You retain the copyright for your articles and you may publish your articles with anyone else if you wish.

No defamatory, obscene, or malicious material may be submitted. Nor may any material submitted include hate speech, vitriol, or links to obscene and pornographic sites, or sites with information you know, or have reason to know, is false or defamatory information.

Whether political or social, serious or funny, informational or strictly opinion we promise to consider each submission for public viewing. We cannot promise, however, that every work will be published; we reserve the right to edit each piece for clarity, or to reject any work that is considered.

Challenging, thought-provoking issues should be persuasively and intelligently presented. Social commentary and analysis should be clear and honest. Opinions and ideas should be your own. Entertainment news should be juicy with gossip.

If you have written a book recently, and would like to have an excerpt presented on our website offering people a chance to view and perhaps purchase it, we would be happy to work with you in that regard. We also accept poetry, short stories, and any other type of narrative, fiction or non-fiction, biographical, historical, or even just personal.

We would also love to see some comic strips, cartoons, and other humorous illustrations. If you are a budding artist, but unable to find a gallery where you can hang your creations, consider The Post Chronicle™ a possible gallery where thousands of people can see and enjoy them.

The Post Chronicle™ does not pay for submissions; we simply provide an opportunity to get your work published in a professional, polished setting. We retain the right to accept or reject any work or writing submitted, and promise to give each submission the benefit of a professional review.

Here are the requirements:

1) You must submit a plain text file to: sub-mit[at]postchronicle[dot]com. No fancy stuff.. just the straight stuff. reason: curly quotes and other MS Word stuff is really nasty on the web.

3) Graphic illustrations must be provided in a .JPG or .GIF format. Scanned items are fine.

4) No pornographic or other unseemly work will be published. Don't even bother sending it in.
